So convenient I now be. How convenient life could be, if only. . .
Never have to drive more than seven miles from home. If only that place in the town next door would hire me for that graveyard position. Or if we won big with PCH, or whatever. I'd only have to drive 1500 miles a year tops, then. Only have to drive to shop. I HATE driving. We'd also get this place organised. Gods, what a MESS it is. How nice to have a life with as few unwanted distractions as possible.
Then again, how much longer do we have to worry about it? It is implied, less than 8 months. Less than 33 weeks, in fact.

I rescued a young leopard shark from a tide pool in Foster City once. Was about three feet long, beautiful, and I had to be careful when I grabbed it because the skin will rip you up if you rub against it in the wrong direction. I had to pin it to the side with a stick before I could grab it and throw it in the bay. An old lady was acting as cheering squad.
I'd also see dead shark on the pier. People would catch them, and just let them die. Gods, that pissed me off. I like sharks. . .ALIVE! Gorgeous, streamlined, and I've seen videos of people who befriended the, so. . .
I wish that flick 'Jaws' had never been made. The fish don't deserve what they got after that.

I see wild ones every now and then, and I've been pretty close to them. I've even seen some look both ways before crossing the street, and once there was a family in the front of our flat complex. They tripped one of the cats out, but no one attacked or made any hostile moves. I think they're totally cool, and I don't even lick my fingers after I feed the cats their NONFACTORY FARMED turkey (TJ's nontoxic cold cuts) every week. I'm never eating turkey again.
Still open to chicken, though I'm closing in on my 3rd full months of not having any of that. If I go without too much longer, I may give it up, but I'm not gonna commit to that just yet.
Almost made it out of body last night. Is there a relationship to my diet? If there is, then I WILL give up chicken. Some things are way better than tikka masala or tandoori chicken. Like greater access to Akashic Knowledge, and seeing old friends on MY terms.

3 large heads of garlic, do NOT cut cloves
1/2 large sweet onion
1 unsalted Kerrygold butter
1/2 cup heavy cream (120 ml)
1/2 tsp. fresh grated black pepper
2 HEAPING tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Cucina Tuscan seasoning
1 lb. crimini mushrooms
2 boxes of trader Joe's Portabella Cream of Mushroom Soup
Cut up tatties into 1/3 inch slices and boil with whole garlic cloves, chopped sweet onion and Cucina Tuscan seasoning, or if you want another seasoned salt, go for it.
Boil until soft. 'Boot a half hoor, I mean (half) hour.
Drain, add cream, 1/2 of the Kerrygold butter, garlic powder, pepper and mash the shite oot o' the mixture whilst cookin' the shrooms in the remainder of the butter on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Throw the three cream of mushroom soups over the freshly cooked 'shrooms and butter, stir well, then enjoy the best dayam mashed garlic tatties on the planet. Great with freshly rotisseried long piglet not older than five.

I've tried some that were more expensive and foreign, and I thought they were horrible.
I don't drink. I may drive others to drink, but I'll pass on the booze. It doesn't sit well with me.

Cold, so cold.
Passed out at the gate, sopping wet due to the rain.
Wake up as being carried through the courtyard.
The gate was open.
Fastest way to warm up was a hot bath, in a whirlpool.
Then food.
When was the last time anything was eaten?
Still, the place is cold.
All it had was fireplaces.
Then sleep in mandatory luxery.
The journey was long and hard.
Exhaustion has set in.
Perfumed satin.
Canopy with curtains drawn.
Cold, so cold.
The fire across the room does nothing.
The exhaustion is bad.
Almost collapse before the bed is reached.
Sit and collapse.
Covers are drawn back.
Barely get the feet under.
Warm.
Heated blanket.
Get one leg under, and lose consciousness.
Wake up under cover, and the battle is over.
Won't be cold again.
Unless it's wanted.
